Total Time:  55-65 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 pound of yuca
  • Sprinkle the yuca with olive oil
  • ⅛ teaspoon of salt
  • 3 tablespoons of coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of sea salt
  • 3 tablespoons fresh parsley (chopped)

Step#9  Let it rest for a little while when you take it out from the oven.
